Mackerel Pate

A wonderfully simple recipe that can be adapted to make use of ingredients you already have.
Take 1 pack of smoked mackerel. Flake into a food processor discarding the skin and any bones. Add a third of a tub of creme cheese, or a blend of natural yogurt and mayonnaise. Add the juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 tsp of horseradish, a tsp of rinsed capers and black pepper. Blitz until desired texture. Add more creme cheese if desired. Taste an adjust accordingly.
